Antara lain kebaikan Fiber Plan ini ialah:

  • Helps bowel movements and detoxification - residue from low fibre diet will be in contact with rectum for an average of 72 hours and even can be as long as 14 days, such waste produces toxic and cancer triggering substance in our body.  High fibre diet increases the amount of excretion and thus shortens the time of waste retention.  Fibre will suck and wrap up various toxic and thereafter excrete them quickly from the body.
