Power Pumping... Sapa pernah cuba???

Assalamualaikum!


Kebelakangan ni susu saya dah mula drop! oh tidak! Nightmare.. Dah la memang kais pagi makan pagi. kalau susu drop lagi, jawabnya bye bye full breastfeeding, hi hi formula. Oh! Tidak!! 


Ada kawan yang suggest minum horlicks, makan tu, makan ni... Dalam hati saya, rasanya bukan berpunca dari pemakanan saya. Lagipun saya dah ada shaklee. Puncanya adalah jadual mengepam yang mula haywire!! Daripada 3x sesi pam di ofis, dah jadi 2x je sekarang. Tu pun tak menentu. 


Saya tertarik dengan cadangan untuk membuat power pumping di kala susu merundum. Tujuannya tak lain tak bukan untuk upkan balik production dengan berkesan sekali! Ada jumpa satu artikel di buahatikusayang tentang power pumping ni.. jom baca!

Power Pumping?

Ramai yang mengeluh, susu sikit, stock kais pagi makan pagi kasi petang makan petang. Dah try macam-macam tapi masih juga sikit, tak tahu nak buat cemana dah! So apa kata try teknik ni…

Sekilas fakta tentang power pumping: 

Power pumping is a technique that can be helpful in building a milk supply. Power pumping involves using regular pumping techniques and setup, but in a unique way. The idea is to mimic a baby who is nursing frequently to increase a mother’s supply.
Bagaimana caranya?

1. Pump for 10-20minit
2. Rest 10 minutes, 
3. Then pump another 10 minutes, 
4. Then rest for 10 minutes
5. Then pump again for 10 minutes.
6. Do this for about an hour, sekali sehari, 2-3 kali seminggu (Dapat buat setiap hari lagi bagus)

Di samping ini..boleh juga buat hyperstimulation technic preferably at night, every day….

1. 15min pump
2. 15min rest
3. 15 pump
4. 15 rest — continue this pattern dalam 1-2 jam..non-stop…

hasilnya?..insyaAllah..amat membantu mengembalikan semula pengeluaran susu.. cuba lihat selepas seminggu yer... Harap apa yang dishare disini dpt dipraktikkan...

Catherine Watson Genna, BS, IBCLC, suggests an alternative short-term strategy for mothers of healthy full-term babies who are having a difficult time fitting pumping into their busy daytime routines. Place the breast pump in a convenient location that you will pass often and where you'll be comfortable sitting or standing. Every time you pass the pump, use it for five to ten minutes or so, as often as every forty-five to sixty minutes. Stop when you begin to feel "antsy," restless, or annoyed. You can continue pumping into the same bottrle and pumping kit for four to six hours without refrigeration, depending on the temperature of the room. After four to six hours, take the accumulated milk to the refrigerator, wash the kit, and start fresh for the next four to six hours. Aim for pumping at least ten times every day. Continue for two to three days and then resume your normal pumping routine.

saya dulu buat mcm tu.power pumping.anak first tak minum susu formula sampai umur 1 tahun 5 bulan.hantar taska.

saya terpaksa stop bf sebab preggy anak ke-2.ingat nak teruskan bf sampai 2 tahun tapi saya tak larat.kesian anak.huhu

**saya selalu makan sayur lobak putih juga utk banyakkan susu.berkesan juga.Alhamdulillah..

anim, saya masa anak first pun dpt bf sampai dia umur 1thn 6bln je.. sebab preggy anak ke-2 :)

alhamdulillah, sekarang ni saya dah tau cara nak upkan balik production melalui hot tips eksklusif dari geng trial pek shaklee!! :)
